Hello everyone, do you remember me? I’m the Influencer Mum that used to blog a lot and then life got a bit hectic and I lost my blogging mojo. Since I last blogged I lost my beautiful Nan, we have moved to a completely different county and Bella has changed schools, which as you can imagine has completely taken up most of my head space and time. Bella has finished reception and we are a week into the summer holidays, although I feel like it’s been three weeks already, whose with me?

So “Freedom Day” has been and gone and the restrictions have eased, I don’t really feel that different to be honest, although it has been so lovely being able to see family and friends and plan days out again. We have a short break booked to Butlins with my parents next week, which I am really looking forward to and lots of play dates in the diary. It’s been real juggle socialising with both Bella’s old and new school friends, but Bella has completely taken it all in her stride and I couldn’t be prouder of her.

I’ve got a project going on at the minute and with my lovely Dad’s help, we are building the girls an epic play area in the garden. We have made a start on the girls wooden play house, which will hopefully be built by the weekend and once I have painted and decorated the inside, we will build a wrap around porch and make a start on their very own enchanted forest, watch this space! I have also started to make the girls Fairy Garden, unfortunately I was too busy making a reel for my Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/mamadoitblog that I forgot to take before pictures-oops!

I have so many ideas for our new house and I can’t wait to share them with you all! If you follow me on Instagram, keep an eye on my stories as we will start building the play house this Friday, excited much! The girls are enjoying being off School and Nursery although they can’t quite switch off to the faster paced life that they are used to and keep asking for daily updates of our plans for the week ahead, I totally feel like their social secretary!

I can’t believe how quickly the girls are growing up, Flo is almost four and she is a right little character. She has the attitude and fashion sense of a thirteen year old and the temper of hulk if you dare tell her off, especially if she knows she is in the wrong. The other day we were on the school run and whilst she was sitting in her car seat she said “Mummy for my Birthday I want make-up. I need to pack it when we stay at Nanny & Grandad’s house”, God help me when she is actually thirteen!

Bella has turned into an arts & crafts Queen, she is so clever and imaginative, she never fails to impress me. I just love how she thinks outside the box and how she will sit for hours, just crafting and creating. Both of the girls have a cracking sense of humour and we often giggle and laugh together. As full on as they are, I’m looking forward to spending the summer holidays making memories and having fun with my girls, I have lots of blogs coming your way including our short break to Chessington World of Adventures and Operation Epic Kids Garden!
